Orlando is very pleasant to deal with. And Elijah super patient with this non tech person. I came in to be re-trained on my phone connection and he was so informative and patient with me.
Nice service to have this, especially cause I didn’t have an appointment but was frustrated and passing by

MINI Cooper SE. Friendly welcoming staff person at pull-up, no wait at Service checking. Received realistic timing indication, then received text updates, and a Tech Inspection video: very cool. Unfortunately for me, they found rodent damage but that was good to hear too, as it was under an engine cover you’d normally not remove. Vehicle was done early, and I received excellent info from Advisor John on how to proceed with that damage.

I've been bringing my car here for 12 years, as long as I've had it (a 2012 Mini Cooper S Coupe) and have always gotten excellent service by competent, caring, and pleasant people. Besides that, the facility itself is very nice.
