I know it's a new restaurant and maybe they need to dial-it-in a bit. I will definitely revisit.
Came for lunch and ordered 1 item from its lunch special and another from its dinner menu. Lunch item was shredded pork with hot garlic sauce, and the other was a half a duck.
Shredded pork was delicious. The duck however was a bit dry - it just tasted like an ordinary smoked duck.
Overall my experience was good and restaurant was tidy.
Enjoyed our first meal at Min’s Bistro, which is tucked away in the new Yorba Linda Town Center. We enjoyed two delicious entrees … Beef and Bell Pepper which presented itself as juicy tender meat and fresh peppers in a mild sauce. The Kung Pao Three Musketeers was a real hit! Large shrimp, tender chicken breast and beef stir fried with peanuts, scallions and dry red chilies in a fiery spicy sauce blended together to create a spicy dish. Large chunks of meat and onion, and an ample portion leaving plenty for lunch leftovers the next day! Lots of meal choices, fast service, friendly servers, and a pleasant setting near the Center’s bubbling fountain. What a great find.
Nice, clean, modern place. Great location. The service was food. The food was tasty and fresh. I like that it was not too greasy, and i like that the orange chicken did not have any pieces of fat or that extra breading that i don't like. The orange chicken was prepared with slices of white meat. The noodles was delicious and not greasy. The fish was cooked to perfection and very tender. The place was clean and smelling good. My family and i liked it. I will definitely be back to eat there.
