I reached out via email to get a quote & got a response after just 3 hours initially! I responded back with the requested info about 5 hours after that. Then a full 3 weeks passed without any response.. I reached out again at that point to request a quote again & mentioned that I provided the requested info in the previous emails as could be seen earlier in the email chain. Now it's been over 3 business days & still no response.. Very annoying! I don't expect responses within 24 hours, especially since it's wedding season & this is a business that caters to weddings, but I think over 3 weeks & then another full 3 business days is plenty of time to get at least a brief response..
