Used them a few times and everything went great. This last time they broke something. I’ve been trying to get my money back from them for multiple months now… I did their claim forms, but simply can’t get a hold of anyone now. Just be aware of a few higher them that if they break anything, they say that they’ll pay for it, but they will ghost you.
I was also told I would be receiving a refund for being overcharged because my move took a lot less time than they expected and I obviously haven’t been able to get that money back either
