This beautiful, dog-friendly, and kid-friendly beach is just south of Pillar Point Air Force Station and mostly north of Mirimar Beach Restaurant where you can easily find free parking across the street. Due to the local coastal fog, the beach is not always sunny, but it is popular with dogs, families, and surfers alike.

Wild sea life can sometimes be found just off-shore, including sea lions, otters, and whales plus the occasional tidal beaching of live sand dollars and jellies depending on the season, currents, and tides.
