Mirror Lake Trailhead

Beautiful short hike with kids. The elevation gain is not too bad. We went around the lake, so about 4miles total. There are some bugs at the lake.

Road has a lot of pot holes but our minivan made it just fine. Great walk for kids. Trail was completely snow free apart from a small patch right up near the lake. Just enough for snowballs. Super easy to miss the trailhead turnoff from the road. There's a small cairn and a fairly rough looking track. It smooths out and widens later on.

Amazing hike! I went in the summer and there was still some beautiful snow next to the lake. There were also multiple little waterfalls that flowed into the lake.
