First off the staff was really nice. The frosting on the cupcakes were so delicious 🤤 BUT the cake part was kind of dry on 3 of the 4 cupcakes. My mom had ordered the keto cupcake and Keto brownie (which isn’t pictured) but she said she really enjoyed them.

I am so appreciative that Miss Moffett's offers vegan baked treats, which are so hard to find. When you have a dairy allergy, it means so much to be able to go pick out a cupcake, and from so many flavor options. That being said, the cupcakes are often very stale and hard/crumbly, which is disappointing when you've spent $5 per cupcake. Often I'll just eat the frosting with the very top of the cake, and toss the rest out. There have been a few times when I must have gotten a freshly baked one and they are DELICIOUS but I'd say more often than not they have a definite stale taste & texture. I wonder if maybe the vegan ones don't sell as much, so they spend several days in the case? Apart from this, I would highly recommend!

Was super excited to find a gluten free bakery that has vegan options with plenty to choose from! 10/10 recommend the cinnamon roll. I also tried the caramel apple cupcake - beautifully decorated but wish it either had more apple filling or was a cinnamon flavored cupcake instead of vanilla to bump up that fall apple vibe. Will absolutely be back!
