Please do not go to this place. This Wilshire branch is not organized. They do not know the basic customer service. All of them do not have the same information, everybody gives different information. This was a waste of time. They told me that we can send your results through email. Even the main doctor said we will send you the result through email after we consulted. All the reception or nurse ladies are so polite. But Mr. Lee will waste your time and even other colleagues' time. I have been waiting for my result for 2 days and I never received it. So I called because a nurse lady once told me that her computer has some problem so emails always take a long time. But when I called today Mr. Lee told me that sending an email is not possible because of law. Can you believe it? All of sudden it is against the law!! But everybody else already told me that they will send it. What kind of service is it? What kind of unorganized health service is it??????? 10000000000000% not satisfied.
