I am very happy with the service provided by Richie and Mission Floor Care. My experience echoed all the positive reviews I had seen before making an appointment. He is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient - and simply loves what he does. I learned quite a bit about my carpet and appreciate it even more now that it is all refreshed! Thank you Richie!

I wish I could do more to get the word out there, MISSION FLOOR CARE IS AMAZING. I have flawless results every single time. I've been a customer for 2 years now and I've never had a problem. I even called Richie once with a bad stain question and his suggestions worked perfectly. He doesn't only do my carpets perfectly, he also has done much of my furniture with fantastic results as well. He's professional, courteous, knowledgable, and extremely reasonably priced and conscientious. I'm always impressed and will never use a different company.

I have used Mission Floor Care for many years . Richie does an amazing job . I have referred him to multiple people and they always thank me and continue to use him . I’m so sad to see one star reviews . They are most definitely not real customers . Richie is the kindest most professional technician I have dealt with . His equipment is top of the line and he is very fairly priced . He loves what he does and it shows . Please do not hesitate using this company .
