He was quick to pick up the phone and reassured me he would be on-site the next day. True to his word, Samuel arrived the following day, removed the fallen limb and provided a temporary solution for the holes in my roof. He also checked the condition of my attic. He was more than willing to discuss the matter with my insurance adjuster if needed. Once I received the insurance claim payout, Samuel was extremely flexible and worked around my schedule to fix the roof and gutter permanently. His team, including Jonah and Erick, were extremely professional, respectful, punctual, and considerate while working both on my roof and on my premises. They ensured everything was cleaned and put back in its original place once they were done with the job, even the decorations in my flower bed. There aren't enough praiseworthy words to express the exceptional service I received for my roof replacements and repairs.
