called the Perris location & could not get appt until Thursday, was transferred to the Redlands location and Araceli let me know that no doctor was in today but she can check the Riverside location for me & was able to get my son in today. Thank you so much Araceli, amazing customer service and super super polite and nice & knowledgeable (Appreciate you more than you know)
