The weekly cleaning service by this store is one of the worst experience that we have experienced. They ruined our pool condition twice in 1 year of service that used their service. They are unprofessional and poor at responding to you when you have an issue with their service. On several occasion when we had issues and asked them to call back on the status on when a pool tech would come out to address the issue they usually don't call back and you have to continually call and bug them. Sometimes they comeback with answer like "I don't know" to a question like when will someone come to my place to fix the issue. First time when I used their service, they did not show up until 3 week after the original schedule resulting in my pool looking looking real ugly and filled with algae. They claimed that it was due to mix-up in dates but I had called numerous times during the time to ask if my pool cleaning service was being done when I was out of town. They never gave me the answer during that time. Just recently they would miss the weekly service sometimes and had 3 different pool cleaning service tech and none of them told me that the pool had too high a level of Cyanuric Acid. I found out when I had the water checked because they did not show up for cleaning service 2 weeks in a row. I would not trust their cleaning service and they deserve no better than 1 star.
