Excellent knowledge of inventory and awesome selections of all Spirits. Love this place ❤️ hard to find product for every occasion, competetive pricing. Friendly staff. Clean and well stocked. Walk in humidor! A plus . A Must visit .

Selection is good, although now, just about every craft beer is refrigerated. They used to have a better selection. The lower score is simply for their lack of customer service and friendliness. The guy behind the counter was just really unfriendly. He can’t say, “did you find everything you were looking for?” or “thank you”. I asked about two different products, one a type of product and the other from a specific brewery. Twice, a flat, rude “no” was all I got. No information volunteered at all, like “we should get another shipment on Tuesday” or “was there a particular beer you were looking for?” When I patronize a place I always appreciate a “Thank You.”

Their website was inaccurate, and when I called them to get help, the employee put me on hold for five minutes, told me to click on a button that didn't exist on either the website or app, and then said "if that's the angle you want to take on things you can figure it out on your own." Lost a local, long-time customer- we will look for another local wine store. Total Wine and More on Colorado has a better selection anyway.
