I rarely leave a negative review.
I drove up today hoping to get my car washed and was disappointed. I was ready to purchase a monthly pass for $29 for unlimited washes, but I had no choice as to where they would stick the bar code on my windshield. I explained to the young man that I did not want the sticker visible from the inside but wanted it where the "black" part of the glass started. Having a black dashboard, anything on the dash has a glare or reflection. He called for his manager, who spent 2 minutes spewing policy at me about where the sticker had to be placed. I explained my concerns to her, and she recited the policy again. I declined the monthly membership and could not back out because of my position in line. I was forced to purchase a car wash and make my way through. Looking at my car after the wash was disappointed again. Water streaks were everywhere on top of the vehicle, but the sides were relatively okay. See pictures.
Sorry young lady acting as a "manager," the company you speak for should reconsider where the stickers are stuck. Will not use again and will cancel the membership I have for my other car.
I drove my car around the corner to "Wigley's Inside 'N Out" hand wash, and for $20, I had my vehicle restored to its shiny self. Support local small businesses instead.
