Mister Car Wash

This place is not professional at all. I got here at 6:02 seeing three cars still going through the car wash and People still vacuuming their vehicles out. I was told I couldn’t go through because it was already shut down. I had a big bird poop on my window. I’ve been Monthly member for over two years now and to be treated this way isn’t professional at all. I’ll be canceling my 40 dollar monthly membership and getting another one at there competitors nearby, due to them not understanding what good customer service means. I won’t ever go to another mister car wash ever again because of this. I’d understand if it was like 5 minutes past 6pm but it wasn’t.

I was very disappointed with the experience and service I received at this location on Hoerner off Newort Highway. This was the first time I had been to this location and I purchased the Basic Plus wash. I specifically bought this wash for the wheel cleaner. I went through the wash and my car was not clean afterwards. The location in the valley had always let me go through again if my car did not come clean the first time but at this location the attendant said he had to get an permission for me to go through again? He said the manager working the night of June 17th was going to come out and check and had to give the okay for the re-wash? This young gal came out and gave me all kinds of excuses why I could not go back through? I told her there was still dirt on the wheels and she said it wouldn't come off if I went back through? It has come off at other locations and what good is the car wash if it can't get your car clean? This gal seemed to young and unexperienced to be the manager. Wouldn't it have been much easier to just let me go back through? She saw my car was not clean. It just seems to me she was on a power trip lol. If she thinks working at a car wash makes her all big and powerful then have at it. I was contemplating on purchasing the unlimited wash package but I always like to see if the customer service at a new location will be adequate? This location failed and I would not recommend it. I didn't have issues with the other locations but this gal said Mister Car Wash was not going to allow customers a re-wash any more? If this is the case I won't be back I will go to your competitors where customer satisfaction is a top priority.

Good prices for the monthly rate, if your ocd like me on washing your car be careful! I did find that their wash does take luster out of your paint and has done a bit of damage. Granted my car is 8 years old the car wash should not due this. Excellent customer service though, really nice employees and a great location and atmosphere though!! Just wash your car once a week lol.
