The Mister Car Wash on Kennedy Rd in West Richland, WA SUCKS! I normally do not leave bad reviews but I absolutely had to for this location! If I could give zero stars to this Mister Car Wash I would! Between horribly ineffective and poor quality washes historically at asinine prices mind you (that I've brushed off simply because I didn't want the hassle) to the horrendous customer service from certain team members, this place SUCKS! I sat in line for 25 minutes today waiting for a wash, get to the front, immediately greeted poorly by a young man and after choosing an insanely priced wash I pulled out cash where I was then very rudely informed "we no longer accept cash". Uhm, okay, I've used this car was since it was Busch Car Wash and many times since it was bought out afterwards and have NEVER been denied a wash because I was paying with cash! To add insult to injury, when I called the store personally to speak with someone the phone just rang and rang...when prompted to press option 3 to reach someone to discuss a visit the phone would ring a few times then automatically hang up...I tried repeatedly re-calling thinking maybe it was a fluke...NOPE! After the fifth call and hang up I then called the Customer Service number listed online for corporate. Ultimately, I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality, care, and customer service of this location! How dare you choose to charge what is being charged for a friggin car wash, deny a perfectly acceptable form of payment and proceed to treat customers the way your team treated me today! I even asked someone who uses the same location weekly when they stopped accepting cash and they had no clue that was even a thing there now either. What a poor representation of the Mister Car Wash company and it's managers as a whole! My advice, do better! Train employees to be kind, courteous, understanding and be forthcoming when policy is changed PRIOR to the customer sitting in line. Don't make people sit in line for 25 minutes just to be turned away for a cash payment when it should be visible and displayed "Card Only". Not to mention the 48-72 hour wait for the branch manager to call me to discuss the matter is even more insulting!
