I use to love going to this Car Wash when it was Prime Shine. After it changed to Mister, it initially was a good place to get your car washed. In time, I noticed the washes were horrible and became more damaging to the car. Then, I heard more and more around town that it was becoming more frequent that cars were being damaged and cars were getting pushed into each other in the wash. I also noticed in the past year the lack of professionalism and lack of customer service too. The employees have attitude, act like they don't care about the customers, have the entitlement mentality, and act like as if they don't want to do their jobs. I've only came across one or two who have greeted with smiles and acted is if they cared.

Just recently, my wife's car bumper was ripped off in their car wash. When we approached the employees about it, they said they notified their manager and had us wait for awhile. It was confusing who was in-charge between the 3 girls there. It seem that there was nobody in-charge but 2 of the 3 sure had a lot to say in a very unprofessional manner and didn't want to offer to help resolve the problem. Instead, they hid and avoided me and my wife. That was the frustrating part, and of course when you are left hanging and felt as if our damaged car was not their concern, you will become angry. All we wanted was someone to help us figure how to resolve the problem, a claim procedure and maybe help with the bumper which is part of great customer service, and it could be as simple as...I can't do anything about right now, but I can give you our manager's business card a she can help you, BUT NO, these young employees wanted to play games and keep a paying customer (membership) waiting and claim we were being hostile. Of course we were upset. We were left hanging and felt they didn't care.

They called for law enforcement as we did also, and the funny thing is one of the employees called her parents who showed up when the Sheriff’s Office showed up. This shows the immaturity and lack of professionalism of this employee. If you were hired to do a customer service job, are going to call your parents over everytime you come across a unsatisfied customer. Her parents don't work there. She added to the problem by bringing in her parents who have nothing to do with Mister. The employee, if properly trained, should be able to handle a dissatisfied customers with good customer service, but that was not the case at all.

Mister Car Wash in Patterson is definitely not a good business when it comes to customer service and the service it provides. My wife will be canceling her membership.

There are a lot of bad reviews of this particular Mister on FB Patterson Neighborhood Watch Uncensored. I didn't realize how common these issues were at this Mister until I saw so many comments were posted about this Mister.
