Excellent company. We have used them twice recently for trips to the doctor and both experiences were great. On time, friendly, careful with my elderly father (most important!). We will for sure use them again.

Outstanding in every way! I discovered this service after seeing a local news story about this company. I reached out to Jasmine (Who I assume is the "J" in MJ Reliable)for a quote. I needed a ride home for a procedure that required someone to sign out for me and drive me safely home (no Uber or lyft allowed for my type of procedure). Jasmine was incredibly helpful, provided a quote within 24 hours and I was able to easily book their service. Monica (who is the M in MJ ) showed up on time, helped get me in the vehicle - which was impeccable, and at the perfect temperature - and drove me safely home. I would HIGHLY recommend MJ Reliable if you are ever in need of a ride to and from any type of medical appt. that requires more than a lyft/uber and I found their pricing to be very reasonable.

Horrible horrible company. Drivers have been contracted for a round trip to hospital & they always want to leave. It’s always us explaining to the drivers that they cannot leave. They left once & my father was left waiting in a hallway on a gurney for an hour & a half. Totally irresponsible company. They just want to pick up other jobs instead of waiting for the one they are contracted to do right now. Please, do not use this company for your loved ones transportation needs; they will not care for them & I will never trust them again. I’ll need to report this Medicare & Medical because there are way many more better options. Oh, and they use a family mini van for their transportation were as others use actual medical style vehicles like ambulances.
