I was incredibly excited to work with MJ Remodel after reading all the amazing reviews but my experience wasn't so great. I first called to make an appointment for someone to come out and look at giving me a quote to redo our bathroom. They were very far booked out which I understood since everyone seems to be doing work on their homes now that many are working from home. So it took about a month for my appointment to come but then the day before my quote I got a text saying the contractor had been exposed to covid and wasn't going to give quotes for two weeks (also understandable). I asked if someone else could come to just take basic dimensions so Lizette did come out about a week later. Once she finished she said give her a few days to send the quote. Well I waited about a week and didn't receive anything. I called and left a message and didn't receive a call back. I waited another week and called and this time someone said the contractor hadn't had time to do quotes but she would ask about it. I waited another week and left two more messages and never got a call back. I finally called again today and the woman said "oh, someone was supposed to call you and let you know we aren't accepting any new jobs." I stated no one had ever called me back and she just apologized and said they weren't taking any new jobs until February of 2022. I was very disappointed with how difficult it was to get a hold of someone, especially with all their amazing reviews. This whole process has now delayed my remodel even longer since I was holding out hope to work with MJ Remodel.

We are very pleased with the kitchen remodel. Ricardo is very knowledgeable and helpful with design ideas. We had a full kitchen remodel that included new flooring, new cabinets and countertops, removal of a wall, replaced sliding door with single door making a new space for the refrigerator. All electrical, plumbing, and stucco was included. Really nice showroom and lots of choices for your remodel. Thank you Ricardo for fulfilling your promise of a beautiful new kitchen !
