A friendly atmosphere with tons of selections in every catergory, The owner is sweet and their customer appreciation days were very fun! Masks were required for all our safety and great products for cheaper prices than I expected. Thank you M.J. for a wonderful shop!

Great clean and friendly store! Prices are always great and fair. Kara and Shannon are the best!!! Very very helpful, extreamly nice and friendly. I love how they welcome you in right off the bat. They helped me find what I was looking for hella quick. They make that store, straight up. Ask for Kara or Shannon they will take care of you and you'll leave stoked with what your taking home. P.s their glass is on point.

Horrible customer service. Wouldn't let me return an item that I hadn't even walked out of the store with. I wouldn't have even wanted to return it if I could pay with my card. You can't pay with credit card or debit and can only use cash which was never an issue before. I explained that I hadn't really wanted to pay in cash and would have gladly bought the items if I could use my card but wanted to return them for the cash that I needed. The owner or manager refused then concluded to be very rude and started making snide remarks to me and treating me like she didn't care about customer satisfaction or return business. If you live in the Sonora area please support any other smoke shop besides this one. This used to be the only smoke shop I would go to but things have changed in the last couple months for the worse. Highly recommend going anywhere else.
