Extremely unsatisfied and disappointed with the lack of professionalism this company has. I changed my email address with my doctor, and my new email address was never passed onto the billing company.
After three unsuccessful attempts of trying to contact me via email, Olena Nikitina, the account manager, decides to charge my card on file with no permission, no notice, and no receipt - I had to find out by checking my bank account balance. I called her and asked why this happened, and she said that she couldn't reach me via email so she went ahead and charged my card on file. I asked why she didn't think to call me, and she snapped back "I serve 300 clients." So now I am inconvenienced because this charge was supposed to go on my HSA Card, so I need to submit a claim to be reimbursed - all because she'd rather hide behind a computer than spend 2 minutes of her time to make a phone call.
