Basri at MM was fantastic. Attentive, knowledgeable, and everything was done in a timely manner. He handled the permitting for the pin piling necessary on our house. I'm actually using them again for some other work as well!

We hired MM Piling and Construction on several projects in Shelton and Tacoma to stabilize sinking house and large outdoor pool. They did pretty much everything: preliminary consultation, engineering design, permit and installations of the piles. They came up with cost effective and creative solutions since they are licensed structural engineers as well. For example, the Tacoma pool has unique T-bracket piling system to keep the pool slab stable. They also kept us inform throughout the progress of the work from start to finish. I have used several other companies for this kind of work but none came close to MM Piling. I would highly recommend and definitely use them again in the future.

I hired MM Piling & Construction to drive pin piles to stabilize the foundation of a house where we were putting on an addition due to unstable soil. At the recomendation of the soils engineer this was the right thing to due. MM Piling was very responsive, did the job absolutely by the book, and helped us keep the project very close to on time. Hi praises for their work!
