I had my hair done here and the goal was to go white gray and just have some blonde peeking out so it would look natural since my gray has been growing in. I showed the technician a photo (below) which he closely studied before coloring. He spent a lot of time working on me but the coloring isn't what I went in for. I ended up blonde. Like others using a Groupon I was told that toner isn't included and had to pay extra. The people are nice but they need to do what the customer asks for. I'm disappointed.

During a lash extension appointment I was cut with the tool by the technician who acted as if nothing had happened. The owner had video & apologized. Ended up taking them to court. Kelly (owner) lied-said I harassed her staff needless to say the lies were seen-I won

*edit 6/18/22. I have had my hair done here 2 other times after my first initial review and beautiful Kelly, owner of the salon, gave me a wonderful blonde color job both times! I will absolutely be going back to this salon for my future hair needs! Sonny did the most wonderful job on my hair! The highlights and lowlights are stunning and beautiful! The cut is fantastic and my hair is extremely soft and shiny and I am in love with the work he did! They also do wonderful lashes! I highly recommend this salon!
