Booked an appt with Jackie to discuss wigs due to a recent alopecia diagnosis. Jackie wasn't there and I met with Carl instead. While personable, he kept trying to sell me other non-related items - books and minerals specifically. I tried on a few wigs and wanted to know more about the options but Carl didn't seem to have the experience with the products to explain the differences. He offered us a deal if we bought two wigs - 100 off of each - with the subtotal being about 900. Adding in a couple of overpriced wig bags (25 a piece) and somehow my subtotal before tax was 1050. No itemization on the receipt, no documentation for the wigs. I came in feeling vulnerable and excited to visit this store with such great reviews but left feeling bad about the experience and like I'd been played for a fool.

Incredible place!! My friends and I came in looking for wigs for our talent show performance. We were on a tight budget, and she so kindly adjusted the price for our wigs, realizing we couldn’t afford them. She was so kind and bubbly the entire time, and even asked us to perform our song for her! If I could give her 100 stars I would! Thank you so much for the amazing service!!!!
