This morning I stopped by the shopette for a few things and was less than impressed by the customer service. The lady did not look at me or acknowledge me and instead just waved her fingers at me, as if I was a small, irritating child or a pet, to move forward. When she gave me my change, which included bills and change she again kept her back to me and the change dropped into the bag.

I was at the Fairchild BX today and would like to comment on the friendly, helpful assistance I received. I was first helped by a BX employee whose name I didn't manage to get, but then I was further helped by Shari C. and Aaron Green who both helped me find what I was looking for, made me feel welcome, and made today's shopping experience a very pleasant one.
