These scammers really charge you 500-600 bucks just to give you back something worse than before. All I had was a hairline crack in my screen and I pay that outrageous amount to receive back a laptop screen that makes noises when you close it, wifi never connecting only for that specific laptop, and when I try to software update, the laptop shuts down completely. Do not buy from these scammers, they do not want to help, they just want your money and are extremely rude. And when the bum staff member that has to read this finally does, know that I hope you all decide to do better with your lives.

Great service from this place. They replaced my battery in about 45mins and it’s cheaper than other places. Their service is super great and Christian and Alexandria who treated me really well!
