This was absolute chaos. They waited till they were 45 minutes behind to turn off mobile orders. Had people yelling at the staff FOR ME because my order took an hour and a half. Placed my order at 6:30 got it at 8. Still had to help them fix my order, and almost gave me half of someone else's order. People who game in 20 minutes after me got their orders of 5, sat, ate and left.
By the way. We stopped eating here 8 months ago because it's service and quality. This takes the cake. And they forgot my no name cake.

Do not mobile order from this location. This is my second time placing a mobile order and having to wait 45+ minutes for the order to be done after the PROMISED PICKUP TIME. There is no communication, just total chaos. Although this location is understaffed, it is completely unacceptable to promise a pickup time, only for it to be over a half hour late (TWICE). This is not a one time issue, but a consistent issue at this location.
