Phone in orders and online orders has killed the experience. Waited and watched while phone orders were prioritized over in person. Finally placed out order, watched our pizza be made only to be told at the end it would be a 30 minutes wait.
Should have led with that as you now increased your waste.
"for people to enjoy pizza, by bringing speed, individual style and value"
They gave up speed for profit.
Update 3-11-2023 - be careful, refills are free, but they don't even ask what size you want and ring you up for the largest.
Pizza was just OK. Crust tasted like a cracker and it was cold when I got it. It was raining when we dined in and the airconditioner was on full blast. Even with jackets on,my friend and I were freezing! Bathroom was locked and while I was waiting to get my drink from the soda machine, a man was washing his hands from pizza sauce with the water from the soda machine, because he said the Bathroom needed a code to get into.
