Not very professional. They have a nice shop but they seem to be too busy for new people. Good for them, but not good for customers. They do not provide accurate times and delivery of service. She was on the phone in 3 other meetings / calls the whole time while there. I just suggest give yourself more time than you need. If you need your item in 2-day allow for 10-14.days delivery. If you need your items quick this may not be a good place. Don't waste time driving there if you need fast. If you can deal with 30 day delivery time they might work for you.

Ruined my jumpsuit. Sleeves were 6 inches too short. Cut it too short on my torso creating it to ride high so bad that I couldn't bend down at all and sitting down was difficult. Super expensive and such a mess.

Suzanna did the most amazing job on my bridesmaids dress for my best friends wedding. Her tailoring work is exquisite, this dress that was once baggy and ill-fitted in the hips and waist now fits me like a glove. It’s stunning! They really know what they are doing, your clothes are in incredible care at Mode De Paris.
