They don't know how to properly care for pets. The nurse repeatedly pierced my pet with the needle.

Modern Animal provides a great experience. The Palo Alto office is very nice, and Dr Newhouse is great. Sammy had the best vet visit ever!

Just visited this clinic with my cat who is very sweet but fearful of new places. They got us into the room really quickly and I was in and out in 20 mins with all the invoices and medical records already in my inbox by the time I left. I was home within 40 mins from the time I left - a vet appointment has never been faster! The nurse was able to tell that my cat was very anxious right away and her and Dr Chrapko did everything to make sure he felt better. They did all the procedures in front of you instead of taking them to the back, which I've heard is good ethical practice. I've been looking for a clinic like this and this is the first time I see one actually do it. They also corrected me on something I should not be doing, which I was impressed by and appreciated! I think a good practice is really one that corrects and educates their clients :)
