Brian, Yoana, Savannah, and the whole rest of the team at Modern Practice Consulting have been wonderful to work with! I first started working with Brian a little over a year ago, and his knowledge of the medical and dental fields and the unique way we reach out to patients has been instrumental in helping me to grow my patient base ethically and responsibly. I have gotten many compliments from my patients on the videos we have done together and Brian and Joana have set me at ease every time we have met to record a new one (not everyone loves the camera!) When the office reopened for patient care after being closed for 3 months due to the pandemic I was concerned about patients feeling comfortable to visit us. We recorded a new video to show what changes we had made to keep our patients and community healthy, and my patients have said watching it has really made them feel confident in their decision to continue to come to the office for their dental needs. I can’t rave enough about Brian and the entire team in Modern Practice Consulting. All the time we get calls from new patients and almost all mention that they were highly impressed by our website, photos and videos that they had to choose us as their new dentist.
What I personally love is that they work hard on boosting, updating and overseeing our online presence and they do it with detailed attention and close up monitoring. If you are looking for a high quality, modern and comprehensive online presence and marketing you should definitely talk to them.
