Mojdeh Zafaranchi 3 star, I hope u see this,,, you have got The most careless and sorry to say stupid front desk customer care (she!!!! I don't know the name) so I called to make an appointment for my son after (ONE) year on his 6 birthday just to make sure he's up to date with all of his shots. She is telling me that she has only ONE DATE available??? That day is the 2022- 2023 school first day, I told her nicely mam, this is the first day of school, how can I take off and Bring my son for a checkup?? I asked her give me alternative date something before (I called 12 day ahead of school first day believe me she keep saying WE ONLY HAVE THIS DATE AVAILABLE. Not more and not les 😞 Wish I had authority I would have checked and put a limitation on numbers of patients visit to her your , because I feel like all you care is to collect $$ money. If u really care about your patients and family I want to see your replay and answer for me here.

Horrible horrible communication skills. Front desk is okay never had an issue with any front desk ladies. They desperately need to find new back office assistance. The back office assistants have the worst communication skills I’ve ever seen in my life and they also act as if they hate their job. Too much attitude and negative behavior for a patient care facility.
