Bad quality and poor customer service. My experience was not just due to my circumstances, like many negative reviews around. I booked a move-in cleaning and only the downstairs was available due to some work being done upstairs. Asked for a deep clean because of lots of dust, including wall, door and window wipe down. It looked like all the cleaners did was vacuum and wipe down the countertops. It was not communicated that the cleaners are not PERMITTED to touch the windows or glass doors at all for some safety reason. Not even a basic wipe down. They had not be cleaned at all, left full of visible dust and smudges. My house has wood paneling with a small ledge halfway up the walls. These small ledges were still completely dusty. The one bathroom we asked them to do had scum remaining in the sink, grit and build up remaining in the shower door. Worst of all, I complained about the quality of service, and all they could offer was for the cleaners to come back. Now we are already moved in with lots of stuff around, and well they didn't do a good job in the first place. I asked for a partial refund and got a response that they would run it by the owner who never got back to me. Poor quality cleaning service, bad customer service. Unfortunately I didn't pay with a credit card or else I would have cancelled the charge...

What was supposed to be a deep cleaning ended up being not even light cleaning. I asked that baseboards, cupboards, etc., to be deep cleaned. I was out of town when they came, and the owner told my mother after the fact that my adult son could not tell him what I wanted, even though everything was covered with me on the telephone. I came home to a dirty house. Floors looked like they hadn't been touched, side tables, tables, bathrooms were covered in dust. Floors around toilets were filthy, cupboards and baseboards were not touched. We were charged twice because my house was bigger than they thought yet he knew the square footage before they came. Horrible job. I emailed the owner, and he never addressed the issues, he was more concerned with scheduling another visit. I thought I'd give them another chance, but the .ore I looked at my home, I cancelled. My mother (who is here with me in the winter) called him again to give him another chance, and he told her he'd find a date and call her back. There was no follow-up. I'm done, and out over 500$ and a filthy house.

I used Molly Maid for probably almost a year, for the year I used them I felt the services were always "good enough." I never felt like it was above and beyond, or exceptional cleaning; some weeks they'd forget to wipe the kitchen counter completely and I'd see crumbs and flour and that things were not moved, for weeks at a time the blinds would not be done, some spots on the floor would stay there for 2-3 weeks before I'd see them disappear; as if they didn't mop every week either. the toilets were always clean, and it was good enough that I didn't want to cancel the services but could've been happier.
I probably would've never written a review to begin with, but my move out clean was just horrible. I got a text from my landlord's realtor asking when the place would be cleaned so she could take pictures, and I was like it should have already been cleaned!?. When I looked around the baseboards were not touched, the floors were not mopped, I was able to with nothing but a broom sweep up a couple dustpans full of dirt and dust, the blinds were not dusted. I paid $140 for what I probably could've paid our kids $20 to do a better job doing, and my wife spent several hours cleaning so that the place is actually clean now. The move out clean was worse than some of the weekly cleanings we had.
