I’ve had an ongoing maintenance plan for our heating and AC since Smart 72 installed the system. It was previously found that they stuffed too many wires into a single junction box, causing a short, and a subsequent system failure. Recently, the AC evaporator catch pan in the attic overflowed causing water to come through the ceiling. The repair estimate was $3500.00 to fix the problem which was their fault in the first place. They offered a $1000.00 discount for the “inconvenience” since the overflow was due to several installation errors on their part. That brought the cost down to $2500.00. I told them “No” and got a second bid from another long established local AC service. The second estimate came in at $980.00 including parts and labor. I cannot recommend Smart 72 for local installation or maintenance and have switched services.
