Visited the Union Square Moncler store weekday morning in August and was asked to wait outside 5 min since I did not have an appt. The "5 min" turned out to be 30 min which is fine considering they may be trying to limit customers in store. However, went there today/FRI morning and again asked to wait outside 5 min since I did not have an appt. The "5 min" turned out to be 30 min and turns out they had one customer in the store! And staff had "cold" attitude justifying their COVID policy - whereas GUCCI and LV nearby have waiting lines but allow more customers indoors in line with current SF COVID policies. Avoid the Union Square Moncler store with their "idiot" staff - best to buy @Moncler online store or at the more friendlier Moncler store in Bloomingdales nearby

Excellent customer experience and service.The store manager Ms.Dien accommodated our need of exchanging an item that they didn’t have in stock at the time we visit. Only took them a day to contact me back to do the exchange. Very satisfied with their customer services and gain my loyalty to this brand.
