This woman showed us a house, told us she would go write up an offer, got us super invested and then we come to find out the buyer who supposedly fell through didn't. She just stopped responding and interacting all of a sudden. The house was sold to the original buyer and we are heartbroken. In this market it is so hard to find a decent place. This woman's behavior was unprofessional and underhanded. She had us as a backup without telling us that's what she was doing.
