I am so upset by how I have been treated by this provider & her office. I needed to establish care after moving here from out of state. When she prescribed my migraine medication, she gave me something that required pre authorization. After over a week of being out of medication & four calls, I finally heard back. The medical assistant claimed she had not received my messages. She also laughed at me. I’m still waiting on my medication. I went ahead & schedules an appointment with another provider. This one seems to not care about her patients at all. This is easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical “professional”.

Nice office, friendly front-office staff, easy to book appointments, Dr. Ball-Zondervan has always been very thorough and I never feel rushed.
