I recently bought my first home with the help of Monica Jones and her team. It was a great experience because her team helped me every step of the way, answering all of my questions promptly. They were very responsive and kept everything moving smoothly. We closed escrow in just 10 days, just before Christmas! I really appreciate all their help and so happy I was able to work with them. She also was very knowledgeable about loans and interest rates as we are currently in a time of uncertainty as it pertains to rates. I appreciated all her help and guidance in this stressful time, but she really made it very easy and stress-free! I believe I did get the best loan for my situation and also feeling optimistic for the future as rates fluctuate. Another smooth purchase process with team Jones. This is our second time working with Monica, Lauren, and now Rhonda. Before we started house hunting we went through the pre-approval process to give us better leverage when making an offer. We then listened the the advice and options we could exercise. We went over with Monica about potentially using a 2-1 buy down to lower our interest rate since it was pretty high. We also went over future refi options. When we were ready to make an offer on a place, we used Monica's team's reputation to close efficiently to our advantage. With a lot of loans getting denied, we showed our evidence and our offer was accepted. The process to get funds moved was fast and furious. Monica's team was in constant contact during every step of the closing process. We had the keys in our hands right after New Year. Really appreciate them working over the holidays.
