Monique is a professional through and through, and has the patience of a saint. She showed me houses for over 3 years and waited until we found the perfect house at the perfect time (after the passing of my husband). She handled both the selling and purchasing of my properties. Monique juggled difficult buyers with grace and timelines that should have been impossible with ease. She continues to answer my phone calls about new home warranties and issues without complaint and is always gracious no mater the question. During my loss of my father I found myself having to sell dad's home. It was a emotional time for me. Monique was very understanding and transparent about what was going on with dad's home. She did a great job :) Thank you Monique for everything 🙏
