Kassie from Monkey Dooz is absolutely amazing. My son is autistic and we’ve been going to her for a couple years now for his haircuts. She’s great about trying to calm him, talk with him (despite being nonverbal) and really gets on his level. I mean that literally as well, like she’s actually cut his hair on the ground because thats what suited him in the moment.
If she leaves monkey dooz we will definitely follow her wherever she’d go, shes that great.

This place is nice. A bit expensive and both times I have taken my daughter here they have messed her hair cut up.
First time was October 2023 she got a shoulder length cut that ended up having multiple spots that were thicker than spaghetti noodles that were longer than the rest of the hair cut.
This most recent time was April 2024 instead of receiving a chin length bob with bangs the hairstylist shaped the cut to her head so her head looks like a basketball and her bangs start out by her eyebrows on one side of her face and slowly slant up until it’s roughly .5 of an inch above her eyebrow on the other side.
No amount of styling is going to fix this.
Extremely disappointed
