Monroe Fireplace did a great job fixing a wood stove issue I was not willing to tackle. I called them on Thursday and scheduled for the following Tuesday which is incredible as it is October. There Service Rate was VERY reasonable, Tyler and his partner were on time and knowledgeable. This will be my first call when I replace my stove someday. Well Done!

Excellent customer service. Bought a second hand Lopi fireplace. They swapped out my wood fireplace for natural gas and fixed up my used stove. Fair prices and friendly competent staff. What more could you ask for.

I have an older gas fireplace insert that needed repair. Damon White did a great job locating the needed parts. Then Tylor came out and did a great job on it completing the repair. He was very professional and knew exactly what was needed to get my fireplace working.I highly recommend them for any repair work you will need.
