Recently charged my card almost 3 times my membership cost without even contacting me! When I called to get credit, I was assured all of my money would be refunded. However, they put a credit through but did deduct a month's membership fees after I TOLD THEM I WANTED to be CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY. They overdrafted my account, made me borrow money to cover it, and have ZERO remorse. NO ONE there cares, they don't answer the phone and I'm financially screwed because of their mistake! Absolutely horrendous customer service!

Recently went into the YMCA and was treated with a devastating amount of disrespect from the front staff the 2 women at front. It was heartbreaking how cruel they were and the attitudes they had. I was humiliated and I have no way of filing a legit complaint other than here online.

I was dressed up for thanksgiving. I tried to get a quick workout in. Front desk helper couldn’t communicate that the changing rooms were closed for the day. She was pretty rude.
