You will regret!!!
The customer service representative, at first, was very persistent to earn my business - he followed up with reminder calls for a year. I highly respected the diligence, so i placed an order.... 10 cartridges for the lexmark T650N printer. Out of 10, 8 is not working properly. Needless to mention the defective product, it has had a detrimental effect on my business, which relies heavily on printing.
I requested for replacements..... At first, the rep said he will follow up promptly.... been 6 months... no return calls... i called many times.
Finally, the rep said, it has been more than a year since i ordered and if I were to order 10 more, he will give me 2 more for FREE...... what about the 8 defective/malfunctional ones.......?????
You decide for yourself..... and NEVER order 10 items at a time... at least NOT from this company....
