Our experience with Boris and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. His work along with the work of his crew is truly exceptional.
We hired Boris to help us with a massive house project that we were in over our heads for. To give a brief background, we had renters in a property who completely trashed the home, abandoned the home in the middle of the night and left us with a nightmare. Boris was not only professional, but was compassionate, expedient in his work, INCREDIBLY communicative, and responsive to our needs. To say the very least, Monsters ToolBox was a lifesaver. Boris is honest and transparent with availability, cost, and timing of projects.
We went from completely overwhelmed to hopeful with Boris's skilled guidance and expertise. He led the project from the very beginning (cleaning, hauling out the mess of things that were left) to the very end, the finished product, which was our home looking INCREDIBLE.
We could not recommend the work of Monsters ToolBox more highly. Their craftsmanship is top notch and Boris has an eye for making a space shine again. Thank you Boris and Monsters ToolBox for the work that you did to our home. You transformed a nightmare to a home that we are proud to continue renting out to wonderful tenants.
I rarely write reviews, but it’s so hard to find an honest and thoughtful contractor that I wanted to put this out there so that other people will know about Monsters Toolbox. They are amazing! We used Monsters Toolbox for a major bathroom remodel, including a complete change of the floor plan. Boris and his crew were excellent! We were worried we might have to hire an interior designer, but Monsters handled all of it! They put great care into redesigning the layout so that the space is way more usable than it was before. What I appreciated most about them is that, as a woman with children, sometimes I don’t feel great about having workers in my home. Yet I felt completely comfortable having Boris and his crew in the house, even when I had to leave to pick up kids, etc. Also, they never talked down to me, which has been my experience in the past with a few contractors. Because of the major redesign, I requested quite a few changes along the way, but they were very patient with me and never made me feel pressured. I had the feeling that they just really wanted me to be happy with the finished product and I am! And their clean-up was so thorough it’s like I never even knew they were there. So really, I couldn’t recommend them enough…timely, extremely professional, competent, and thoughtful…even their subcontractors were great. They’re not cheap, but they’re worth every penny!
