Interesting...similar to the review left by Chris Taylor (11 months ago), I stopped by because I was close in proximity to the shop and needed a quick replacement of a watch band. I bought tools of my own, but wasn't able to do it myself because of the way the watch was made. The watchmaker commented on my watch saying that it was a nice. The watch is very special to me. When I pulled out my wallet to pay, he said he wouldn't take any money from me. So, what's interesting (and amazing, really) is the generosity of watchmaker.
The space inside the retail store is small, but the repair shop is large and very modern-looking. They are very professional and know what they're doing. I am definitely a life-long customer because of the service, but also because I am convinced that they will take care of my timepieces.
Other stores that I've visited (including in Montrose) have ripped me off with ridiculous prices and sub-par repairs.
