My most recent manicure from here was the first time in my life I had to walk out in the middle of a manicure. It took 1.5 hours to just remove my original nail polish and cut and shape my nails. The lady doing my nails was incredibly slow, which I was willing to tolerate if the service was good. But then she filed my nails to be uneven in shape and barely cut my cuticles - she didn't even use pressure with the scissors. After the 1 hour mark and the cuticle scissors hadn't come out, I started planning my escape. And the worst part is that I was still asked to pay $20 for the waste of time - and I'll have to go to another salon tomorrow for a FULL manicure to actually get my nails done! Don't go here. It's empty all the time for a reason.

A little pricey but they do good work and I like that they try to be environmentally conscious. This might be my new nail spot.

My mom loves how they give time to their customers and don't rush them
