This manaement company iis manageing our association . Prepaying renovators/ contractors prematurly! Contractors that are sloppy, slow! Painting is not professionlly applied. Wood trim has empty knots in it that they installed during their renovaion. The top of our building is left unfinished because of hiring the wrong contractor. Board members are not competent making choices , homeowners vote and the board members makes changes without taking a vote from homeowners. New board members / management are necessary at this property. The parking here is clearly NOT marked in RESERVED FOR HOMEOWNER SPACES. THE ENERGENGY PARKING ZONE FOR FIRE LANE AND EMERGENCY IS ALWAYS BLOCKED BY HOMEOWNERs. Also clearly NOT MARKED FOR HANDICAPPED AND EMERGENCY PERSONNEL THAT MAY NEED QUICK ACCESS. :'((
