Friendly staff, nice theatre with unobstructed views from every seat. The seats are not the most comfortable in my opinion and it can feel cramped. I liked the curved backrests though. The seating is in a way that makes it feel an intimate.

This venue needs so many upgrades. My husband and I were there to see Ali Siddiq. The show was great. But we sat in the 1st row upper level. I am only 5'5, my knees were so close to the balcony wall, that is was so uncomfortable. I didn't know weather to sit there and cry or just get up and leave. Just when I was ready to walk out, the show ended. It took me about 15 minutes to gather myself before we go leave. I had a severe headache rush and felt like I was gonna faint. I'm pretty sure that this is not ADA fit. We will never go back to this theater.

Not a bad place to watch a show. There are metal detectors at the entrance, upon entering the building your eyes are mesmerized by the cathedral like style and art on the ceiling! There’s a small bar on the first floor and a lower bar down 2 sets of stairs, that’s where my date and I went for drinks-the line was much shorter. You can take the drinks with you to your seat The drinks are served in reusable cups with tops that you leave in designated bins when you’re finished. The staff is strict on not having anything sitting on the ledge which makes sense. Wish there was a coat service as I had a large fur coat that I had to juggle along with the drinks at my seat.
