Our Overall experience was pretty terrible. It had a couple moments where it was looking decent, but it quickly turned grim. The staff act like their time is more important than yours, and their attention to detail is non existent. I understand that mistakes happen, we all make them, but just days before my wedding is unacceptable as it ALL could have been avoided if they had Any attention to detail whatsoever. We rented four suits, two of which were wrong and then wrong again, but hey 50% off of a 100$ jacket rental should fix the problem right? I fully regret going here for any wedding related service and I wish we took our business elsewhere. we will not be returning to this location, nor will we recommend it to any friends or family or strangers for that matter.
