Rude over the phone, no help via email. Worst building department in California.

I could give them a zero...I called to ask some questions and the lady started talking without listening so I asked whats your name and she hang up on me..Lady Hellen from the building department desk if you dont like your job just go home and stay there behind your doors. You were absolutely rude.

Useless workers. They need to be fired. This office needs caring people..
